What we collect

• No accounts. Using the free generator does not require any personal information. The kanji you type are sent to our server only to draw your PDF and are not stored.
• Purchases. Stripe processes payments and collects your email, name and card details under its own privacy policy. We receive the email address and payment status, and may look up your purchase in Stripe when you ask to restore it.
• Licence cookie. If you buy Pro, a cookie with your signed licence key is stored in your browser. It is strictly necessary for the service; we use no advertising or tracking cookies.
• Server logs. Our hosting provider records standard request logs (IP address, time, page). We keep IP addresses in memory briefly to limit abuse. We count page views with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which uses no cookies and does not identify individual visitors.

Your rights

You can ask us what data we hold about you, or to delete it, at [email protected]. Payment records may need to be kept by Stripe and by us for tax purposes. Residents of the EU/UK have rights under the GDPR, and residents of Japan under the Act on the Protection of Personal Information.
